About the Founder
Build My Path was founded by Salah, a Harvard University graduate who earned a Master's in Education and has served as a faculty member at Phillips Exeter Academy, St. Mark's School, and Fay School.
Salah has led recruiting and hiring at Harvard Business School, where he authored the department's standard operating procedure, a guide that continues to shape hiring practices today. He has also facilitated workshops on recruiting, hiring, and the future of work for the Harvard Workplace Learning Club, engaging both undergraduate and graduate students.
In addition, Salah has worked with leading technology companies in Silicon Valley, gaining firsthand insight into modern talent practices, AI-enabled screening, and the skills employers value most.
He also served as an admissions reader for the Zuckerman and Gleitsman Fellowships at the Harvard Kennedy School's Center for Public Leadership, evaluating and interviewing top candidates from around the world.
With experience across academia, admissions, and hiring, Salah founded Build My Path to close the gap between academic success and real-world readiness, so students don't just excel in school, but thrive after graduation.
